Fable Anniversary is a re-mastered version of the 2005 game Fable: The Lost Chapters. The game was re-released since a decade had past since the first release of the first game in the Fable series in 2004. The game is a graphically upgraded version from the original and features a new engine, remastered audio, an updated interface, achievements and a different save system.

● Forge a hero based on your actions: age and evolve a hero or villain through the actions you choose and the path you follow-be it for good, evil, or in-between.
● Build your living legend: Through deeds and actions, build a name for yourself across the land. Recruit allies and followers. Gain glory or notoriety. Who will you be?
● With an entirely new lighting system, slick new interface, all new textures, models and gameplay, Fable Anniversary is the full HD, definitive Fable experience.

The PC version has a more difficult Herioc mode next to the standard Chicken mode with harder enemies, potions that are scarcer and money that is harder to earn. Aging is also slowed down by 50% compared to the original. After downloading the Fable Anniversary: Modding DLC an editor can be accessed to edit the art and animations and run modded versions of the game.
