Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
Console: Nintendo D.S
Gameplay: In this game, you'll play as Sora's Nobody named Roxas.
Controls aren't that complicated but still, you should be skilled with button-mashing coz if you're not, you'll end the game with your DS' buttons permanently pressed down, especially the A/B/-R Buttons, so one must be careful.
The graphics are 9/10 for the console you're playing this at, great surroundings blended with soul lifting BGM' s.
First impression about the inventory... -^- ..Your inventory is Panel System which makes it a little complicated at First, coz through the game, after finishing some missions, you'll be awarded with expansions, so do your missions regularly. And by Panel System, this game unexplainably slotted everything in your inventory... as in Everything!!! Like hell. Even your character's level!
Upon filling up your EXP Gauge, you'll receive a "Level Up" item. Your character will not level up unless you equip or put your Level Up item in your inventory. So instead of putting Elixirs in your inventory... you'll see Level Up boxes. Magic spells are also placed in the inventory in order for you to cast them in battle. Even Blocking, Dodging and Everything are all placed in your inventory. But through the game, I've gotten used to it and find it "not bad".
Story: In order to find his purpose, as well as to gather his lost memories, Roxas accepted Xemnas' invitation to join the organization. Together with the guild, they gather hearts using his Keyblade. Through the time, Roxas learned a few things about himself and made friends from people inside the organization. Being attached to another Keyblade wielder named Xion deals a huge impact in the story. Truth and revelations.
Characters: A being becoming a Heartless gave existence to an alter ego called Nobody. After Sora turned into a Heartless, his Nobody ... which also wields a Keyblade came into existence, the name is Roxas.
Like Roxas, everyone in the organization are elite Nobodies, with their own unique abilities . Each one have their own significant characteristics which makes each of them interesting and recognizable.
Sounds: First things first, the music should make the player immensely feel the game, and this game does that just good as great. I can't give any sound background coz I don't give a damn about them but hey, two thumbs up for you guys, whoever you are. The BGM shall make you remember each places and scenes. Xion's final battle theme........ bookmarked.
Finalization... less grinding required coz mission rewards gave 90% of things you need throughout the game. Each cut scenes are important so I'd watched all of em. The most from it that captures my interest was the story, and now I want to play all the Kingdom Hearts series from the beginning to the end.
