The heroin Fujioka Haruhi entered Ouran high school with a scholarship. Deciding to use her free time to study quietly alone, she stepped into an 'unused' music room and broke a 8M vase. To pay back the huge sum of money, she hid her gender and participated in club activities as the seventh host to serves girls in their school. Can she pay back her debt and shrink the distance between herself and the rest of the club members before the end of the game?

In the manga and the anime, Haruhi's affections leaned toward Tamaki while maintaining a slight, sweetly ambiguous friendship with the other members. Now, as Haruhi, it is now your chance to choose. Haruhi is the only playable character. There are two goals in the game. The first goal is to entertain guests to repay Haruhi's debt. The second goal is to charm the other hosts. There are many possible game endings, depending on which boy the player pursues and how much each host grows to like Haruhi.
