It is the last of three visual novels in the "Tenshi" series and features the couple of Hikawa Narumi and Inatori Akira, who were introduced as supporting characters in Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke o: Tenshi no Akogare and previously seen in Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke o: Tenshi-tachi no Harukoi.

From the moment she enrolled in nursing school, Narumi was the victim of her own meddlesome nature. It started with a random impulse to butt into the life of the standoffish Akira, and before Narumi knew it, she had become the girl’s shadow. But the way Akira blows up at Narumi at the drop of a hat, and the verbal abuse she lays on her is just too much. On the other hand… When Akira is asleep her beauty is transcendent, and Narumi just can’t help but be drawn to those kissable lips…
