Dr. Mario Online Rx, known as Dr. Mario & Germ Buster in Europe and Australia and as Dr. Mario & Saikin Bokumetsu in Japan, is the first WiiWare video game to be released for the Wii by Nintendo, of the puzzle genre. The title features both traditional Dr. Mario gameplay in addition to Virus Buster, a mini-game from Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day!. Germ Buster has been modified for motion-sensing control rather than stylus control.
