The Nintendo DS installment of Harvest Moon displays the action and interaction sequences on the upper screen while the lower screen serves as an interface with command buttons to point and tap. The bottom screen is also the relay area for messages and conversations. To take advantage of the stylus, Marvelous has programmed "direct" interaction with animals where players may point at cows, sheep, and horses and perform farm chores on them. Those sheep ain't shearing themselves. Gamers who have either GBA version of "Friends of Mineral Town" may plug it in simultaneously with Korobokkle to unlock bonuses.
