A light-hearted golfing title from the experts at T&E Soft, Swing Away Golf was one of the first sports titles announced for the PlayStation 2 and allows its players to putt as seven unique characters across multiple courses. Though it is similar in presentation to Sony's Hot Shots Golf series, the gameplay is actually much more in line with that of the simulation crowd. Additional features include a helpful "caddie tip" system between swings, a first-person ball cam that allows you to view the course from the ball's perspective, and a course editor for designing player-specific challenges.
