Surgeon Simulator 2013 is a video game in which the player takes the role of a surgeon. It is considered extremely difficult, as rather than controlling the surgery itself, the player controls the movements of the fingers individually, and the movement of the hand controlled by the mouse. It was released via Steam on 19 April 2013.

Rock, Paper, Shotgun, praised the game's humour and fun, and said "Surgeon Simulator 2013 is not a brilliant game. But it is a brilliant joke. In the form of a game. It’s an idea that is a clean magnitude of awesome above 90% of what will be released this year because it is so absurd."
