Rimo-Cocoron was published and developed by SCEI and releaased on June 28, 2001, exclusively for Japan. It was worked on by character artist Kenichi Nakane. The goal of the game is meddling with a large cast of characters as they go on with their daily lives. The player controls the contents inside the frame, able to zoom in and out, focusing on different parts of the environment. One button highlights one person or character; the other related the selected object to where the camera is focused on.
