The Double Game Add-on Pack includes the following two downloadable contents (DLCs) for Borderlands:

Borderlands: The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned
Borderlands: Madd Moxxi's Underdome Riot

THE ZOMBIE ISLAND OF DR. NED It takes the player to Jakobs Cove, a small town owned by the Jakobs Corporation and situated on a swampy island. There, an experiment from a certain Dr. Ned has gone completely awry, leaving the town flooded with zombies. The game contains new missions, set in the aforementioned environment and different kinds of zombies as enemies. There are no new weapons however and the level cap has not been increased.

MAD MOXXI'S UNDERDOME RIOT Set in the chaotic mess known as the Underdome Riot. The player can either go solo or team up with three friends and compete in a series of tournaments in three different arenas (Hell-Burbia, the Angelic Ruins, and the Gully) with enemies ranging from normal enemies from the game to boss characters. There are two tournaments for each coliseum and each with their own degree of difficulty and wave strength, ranging up to 20 waves of enemies for the largest tournament. The final boss will have the player take on Mad Moxxi herself.
