An alien from outer space returns to Earth after hundreds of years, only to find that his friends - the Incas - no longer exist, and have been replaced by the Peruvian people. After trying to contact their leaders and having his spaceship broken into, he goes mad with anger and challenges nine of the current presidential candidates to clean up the country the only way he can think of: By gunning down all criminals.

Gobernators is a 2.5D run and gun platformer where you select from parody renditions of eight different Presidential candidates from Peru's 2016 elections (and a blank model, which represents a blank vote) and play through four different levels, eventually catching up and defeating the ultimate enemy, Caoss.

There are multiple enemies along the way, including holes in the street, thieves, rats, lazy congresspeople, drones and homing sentient bullets. You can pick up weapon powerups to fight against all enemies that stand in your way.
