Ore no Imōto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai Portable ga Tsuzuku Wake ga Nai is the sequel to the PSP game Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai Portable, both of which are developed by Bandai Namco Games. Ore no Imouto P-Zoku retells the events of the Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai light novels in visual novel format with new story elements added. It was released on May 17, 2012.

The game will include two discs, the first one being an updated version of the first game, and a second disc with additional elements added in. Data from the original game can be transferred to this game's first disc, saving the trouble of having to unlock everything the player has unlocked before.

The story of Ore no Imouto P-Zoku follows the story of the light novels, continuing from where the story in Ore no Imouto Portable ended. Miracle Happiness

Each of the story routes featuring the main characters assume that the player reaches the point where in Kyousuke Kousaka has started a romantic relation with one of the main characters, and follows through the story.

New characters were introduced, including Kanako Kurusu's older sister Kanata and Saori Bajeena's older sister Kaori, which both debuted in the light novels as well.
