JoJo's Pitter-Patter Pop! is a tile-matching video game featuring characters from the first five parts of the series: Phantom Blood, Battle Tendency, Stardust Crusaders, Diamond is Unbreakable and Vento Aureo.

The game recalls the story of JoJo's Bizarre Adventures. Players are able to collect their favorite JoJo characters and set them in teams of 3 to clear quests. During Fever Mode, through combining tiles, players are able to activate each character's Stand or Special Powers. Additionally, the game features a JoJo Mansion which players can customize as well as interact with the characters they have gathered!
