One day alone at home.. - that is every little witch's dream. For Bibi it comes true: Daddy goes to work and Mummy has to fly to a secret witch congress. Bibi just browse Mami's big hex book and try out a special surprise spell. But nothing happens. She wonders if she did something wrong with the witchcraft.

Mrs. Kolumna already calls excitedly and reports that there is a big mess in Neustadt. Jumping garbage cans, water-spitting hydrants - the whole city is bewitched. Hexed?

Bibi has only one thought left: Should her hex saying have anything to do with it? In 13 elaborately designed levels, the little user Bibi helps to eliminate the chaos around Neustadt and find out who is really behind all this!
