Bikkurisuruhodo! Doki Doki Panic Library is a book-matching puzzle game, and it is actually one of two extra games within the official ToHeart2 XRATED Visual Novel for Windows (the other being Super Sweets Scramble). The objective of the game is to swap one book with an adjacent book to form a horizontal or vertical chain of three or more book of the same color, but they don't have to be in a completely linear fashion. Bonus points are given when chains of more than three identical books are formed. There are 10 playable characters with different abilities that gives them a particular advantage or disadvantage that other characters can't replicate. Four game modes are available; Story Mode, Endless Mode, Versus Player Competition and Versus CPU Competition. It also features Extra Mode, a special room for unlockables player can earning ranging from artworks, BGM's and a special mini game "Awa Awa".
