Croket meets a boy named Jin. He's fighting Kindakku's army, which comes from the future.

Both will ally themselves to face the army, although many other companions will ally with them in order to end the threat.

Unlike the rest of the games on Croket! for the GBA, Croket! Great Jikuu no Boukensha mixes Japanese turn-based strategy with fighting games, having to move characters through various tiles to touch an opponent, thus starting the battle. The fighting part is similar to the previous games in the GBA saga.
