Silent Hill: Orphan 2 is the first sequel to Silent Hill: Orphan. Silent Hill: Orphan 2 takes place at a hospital and features two new protagonists that where not present in the series' first mobile adventure. First out is Lucas who is the son of Karen (one of the characters of the original game) and later it's time for Vincent, who according to Karen is supposed to be the one responsible for the happenings.
