Koumajou Densetsu II: Stranger's Requiem is a 2D platform game and a continuation of Koumajou Densetsu: Scarlet Symphony. It mixes the gameplay of the Castlevania series set in the Tōhō universe.

This time, Sakuya Izayoi is main heroine. Remilia is missing and the old castle has been rebuilt. Koumajou Densetsu II: Stranger's Requiem is very similar to the previous game, but Sakuya uses a knife instead of Reimu's whip. She fights against various enemies (fairies, plants, ghosts, minotaurs, skeletons) and bosses like Alice, Chen, Marisa or Reimu. It is voiced by a professional seiyuu.
