To Heart is a romance simulation adventure game. This console and handheld version is a port of an adult visual novel for PC (Windows) with the same name, but with all the adult content removed.

Additionally, this non-adult version contains three mini-games not available in PC version:

● Circle Triangle Square X: a set of several Tetris variants and other block puzzle games

● Heart by Heart: a single-screen platform game comprising stages which focus on two heroines battling each other and clearing the stage.

● Ojousama wa Majo: a side-scrolling shooter where the witch heroine rides a broom and blasts objects.
