All new weapons including the Shock-Wave, Bouncing Mines and the awesome Ultimate Weapon. Introduction of water-specific and hybrid tracks (boats can race against cars). Handbrake feature gives the player ability to power-slide or perform super-tight turns.

Choose from ten standard cars. New vehicles gained by completion of challenge cups and by setting track records. 5 bonus vehicles each with their own special power up. Bonus vehicles have equivalent boat version. Multi-Player Action-2-player split screen racing option. Up to eight cars racing on screen at any given time. Updated Track editor with both auto complete and random complete options, allowing player infinite combination of tracks to race on.
