Arthur Hewitt is a private detective that investigate the series of serial murders. Following a strong shock from discovering a dead body, he became able to see the phantom that calls himself Jack the Ripper. In having a strange partner, multiple cases happen with Arthur in the middle, that leads to the darkness within London.
