The game included a story mode which, like Zoids Saga, interacted with multiple Zoids television series. In the story, a young pilot called Kane searches for his older sister Sheryl, who disappeared a year ago in a mysterious incident involving a Death Saurer. Zoids in this game were also customizable allowing the player to upgrade parts by earning points in other areas of the game.
