Passing the Shaper trials to become a Master of Anima is one of the biggest honors in the life of a Shaper – one with the ability to control the Anima and summon Guardians. But Otto, Shaper apprentice, doesn't really care about this prestige. Pushing him to study is his fiancée Ana, the gifted and brilliant Supreme Shaper. As per tradition, they cannot wed until he passes the trials to become a Master of Anima. As Otto returns victorious from his first trials, he finds his home under attack, as a mysterious villain named Zahr steals Ana's essence and splits it in three parts. Zahr’s plan: to fuel his own Anima power and wreak havoc on the lands of Spark with fearsome Golems. With his own army of Guardians under his command, Otto departs on a quest to demonstrate he has what it takes to be a Master of Anima, rescue his fiancée's soul, and maybe even save the world...
