Meet Samuel, he has it all, the cars, the girls, the money. But after a nasty collision he finds himself bargaining for his life. Eventually Samuel agrees a deal for for his life with chronically-uncool 90's throwback, Death, and now has to do everything manually for 24 hours.

Manual Samuel is the story of those 24 hours, with players assuming control of the titular, uh, hero as he attempts to navigate his normal life and perform everything manually. Breathe in, breathe out, move left leg, right leg, blink, work, even take a pee… all of Sam’s bodily functions are depending on you!
