The “R” in the title LoveR stands for “Romance” and “Record.” Players will develop their love with six girl characters designed by Taro Mino and take pictures of their memories. The game utilizes the PlayStation 4’s DualShock 4 motion sensor for gyro shooting to change the angle of the screen. And by speaking into the controller microphone, you can get various reactions out of the girls via voice recognition—like a real photographer and model photo session. It is also possible to focus on the subject of the photo, just as you can with an actual digital single-lens camera. Depth of field is also expressed, allowing you to take pictures with blurred backgrounds.
