As madness takes hold, they’ll find they can’t trust their eyes or each other. The trek leads to the ship Terra Nova, now home to a sadistic cult of Unitologists. The horror continues as the Dead Space saga enters its darkest chapter.

The events of this DLC add-on for Dead Space 3 start right where the main game has ended. Isaac Clarke and John Carver somehow have survived the ending of Dead Space 3, but so have the necromorphs (as well as a number of Dennick's men). The protagonists are now seeking a way to escape Tau Volantis and the planet's orbit.
