But now, you’ve finally got the chance to prove yourself. As part of Geeked Week, Netflix’s budding games section is adding a Queen’s Gambit game to its lineup. You might be asking, “Isn’t a Queen’s Gambit game just, well, chess?” Yes — and no.

The Queen’s Gambit Chess comes from Ripstone Games, the creators of Chess Ultra. Like that game, it takes place in a gorgeous 3D environment, but here, your choices of locale include Queen’s Gambit settings like Beth’s house or the Mariposa Hotel. On top of that, Beth herself will offer tips and challenges.
