Suika Game is a falling block puzzle game in which players drop fruits into a container. It is based on the 2021 browser game Synthetic Big Watermelon. When two of the same fruit make contact with each other, they combine to create a bigger fruit. Two of those fruit can then combine, and so on, up until the biggest fruit, the watermelon ("Suika" in Japanese) is formed. As the game progresses, bigger fruits get added to the drop pool, and what fruit the player will drop next is determined randomly. Part of the challenge of the game is managing the positions of fruits so that smaller fruits don't get in the way of bigger fruits combining with each other. Players can see which fruit they will have to drop next in the "Next" indicator, similar to other falling block games like Tetris. When fruits combine, they give points, which determine scores at the end of the game. Players may compete with their friends or others for the highest scores on the leaderboards. The fruits also have physics, and players can drop fruits in a way that moves other fruits strategically. The game ends when a fruit passes a line at the top of the container, whether it be due to the container being too full or by being flung out by the game's physics.
