All over the world people are becoming mad, and panic gains the whole planet! The World Organization of Maintaining Peace (WOMP), where Lieutenant Gadget works, has found out that this is due to a gas propagating on all earth. Obviously WOMP suspects MAD and Dr Claw of spreading their "Mad Gas" and making people go crazy.

Lieutenant Gadget's mission is to destroy the laboratories which produce the gas, located all over the world. Of course he can count on Penny and on the Gadgetinis to help him and try to definitively get rid of evil Dr Claw!
