More, Blood takes place one month after the prologue of Haunted Dark Bridal under the circumstances that Yui didn't choose anyone to suck her blood.

Komori Yui was was enveloped in trouble caused by the Sakamaki brothers, but somehow safely managed to live her daily life. But one night a different family of vampire brothers show up in front of the Sakamaki mansion, having transferred schools. They were from the Mukami clan, vampires said to possess greater magical power than the Sakamaki clan. Now Yui is at the core of a struggle between vampires.

More, Blood like Haunted Dark Bridal is classified as an otome game. The player takes the role of the main female character, Yui Komori (name is changeable), who can choose from a variety of male characters as her love interest. The Mukami brothers are unlocked after doing one of the Sakamaki brothers routes. Like the previous game, every playable character's route is split into three sections: Dark, Maniac and Ecstasy. Each of these three sections are split into a prologue, ten subsections, and an epilogue. There are three possible endings for each character: Vampire Ending, Manservant Ending or Brute Ending.
