Another Update

July 13, 2016 @ 5:23 pm

I finished some games since the last time I post this, so I dedided to share my opinion.

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn - And another fire emblem game finished. Now just missing Fire Emblem Gaiden and Fates for me to finish all the fire emblem games! Well, I begin Gaiden and Fates is too expensive for me to afford now. About Radiant Dawn, is good game. I thought Micaiah was an annoying character, but I liked her.

Pocket Fighter - I played this game for Morrigan Aensland. For me, Morrigan is the best Capcom character (yes, she is better than Jill and Chun-li).

Tatsunoko vs Capcom - Again, I played for Morrigan Aensland, but this game is a pretty good fighting game. One of the best for Wii.

Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo - One more time, I played for Morrigan Aensland. This game has her best fighting theme.

Star Ocean: The First Departure - I started this game in Super Nes emulator and finished in the PSP version. I always thought this game looks like Tales of Phantasia and now I know the reason. This is a good JRPG, noting new, just a good game with multiple endings.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona Portable - To tell the truth, I disliked this game. Really. And for those who said "play a real shin megami tensei game", I played soul hackers and have more fun than in this game. Well, at least is thanks to this that the world had Persona 4.

Capcom vs Snk - Another game that I played for Morrigan Aesland. And Yeah, her sprites were really old.

Metroid Fusion - Samus, you are my favorite Nintendo female Character.

Senritsu no Stratus

June 22, 2016 @ 1:59 pm

So something really beautiful arrived at my home today.

The Senritsu no Stratus. A game that I finished 7 times without knowing the plot. A game that I played for the ship.

What is this game about? Well, the aliens are invading Earth, and a Special Force in Japan (always) developed a Mecha that can defeat the alien force. This is the plot that in the beginning. I know there are plot twists but Google Translator didn't help me with this.

I played this game because of the excellent op

The voice cast, in special Endo Aya, that is one of my favorites Voice actress. I played Resonance of Fate with japanese audio because of her.

And the Ship! I don't know why, but the characters Kundan Seishiro and Takanosu Misogi really caught my attention. How I didn't undestand anything with the Google Translator, I started to use that tool just in the dialogues between then. I loved the love/hate interaction that they had in the beginning and I loved how they falling in love in the end. I loved how they throw away everything just to stay together, I loved how he stand by her side when he discovered the truth anout her. I loved how cold she was in the beginning, I loved how desperate she was when he disappeared, I loved when she put herself in danger just to stay closer to him. I loved the couple of this game. My favorite ship in games.

And that are the reason why I love this game so much. Unfortunately, the sequel was released only for Pachinko (everybody hating Konami) and this surprised me, because this game didn't sell well.

Little Update About the Games that I Finished

June 20, 2016 @ 10:37 pm

So... I didn't post in a long time... My bad. And I saw that I had some views here. This is good :D

Ok, so I finished some games since Tales of Xillia, so I will share my thoughts :

Breath of Fire IV - Started really good, but with the progress, my interest was falling. In the end, what keeps me playing was my will to finish the game, no the plot or the characters. Yes, I dislike Nina really bad. My favorites was Ursula and the dog (Yes, I forgot his name, my bad)

The Last Story - I always wanted to play this game since I saw the cover and this was one of the reasons why I bought a Nintendo Wii. I found this game beautiful! The game is incredible well done, even with the Wii hardware, the plot is well told, the characters are well development, the soundtrack is good and the romance is great. Really, if you had an Nintendo Wii and like JRPG game, you have to try this. This is one of my favorite games now.

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance - Yeah, now is time to talk of one of the games of my favorite franchise. I always wanted to play this game and that was the reason why I wanted a Nintendo Wii with Game Cube compatibility. This game has an amazing plot (second to Genealogy of The Holy War and I didn't play Fates yet), well done characters and everything. This game isn't hard as Thracia 776. An excellent game and now I know why so many people loves Ike. Really, you just need him at the end of the game.

Devil May Cry 4 - I started to play this game in 2011 and just recently finished.. Yeah, I have problems. This game is awesome! Dante is awesome. Nero is a little annoying at the beginning, but I really enjoyed his determination to save the love of his life. Why Capcom made the Reboot? DMC 4 is a really good game.

Moster Tale - It's a Metroidvania game. It's a good game. I had fun. Well, it's good and this is the only thing I can say.

Again: Interactive Crime Novel - I liked the use of real actors in the game. How is a Visual Novel, there were a lot of talk. The plot is intriguing and I think they wanted to make a sequel, but the game didn't sell well.

Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete - This game.... What really get my attention is the fact that I enjoy more the old games. This game is so much better than a lot of recent games that I played and is so simple. Boy meets girl, boy decides to help the girl and boy fell in love with the girl. So simple. The supporting characters were also good, they interaction were amazing. Really, for me, what a game needs is a cast with good chemestry, with good interaction. I found myself had more fun with this kind of games. If the characters were likeable, theres a high probability that I will love this game and this was my case with Lunar 2. A perfect game that was forgotten in time... such a pitty. And one of the best thing was the epilogue. Oh, and this game also had an amazing localization. One of the best in the JRPGs that I played. Now it's one of my favorite games.

And these were the games that I finished. Until the next time ;)

Finished Tales of Xillia

May 01, 2016 @ 10:33 am

So I finished Tales of Xillia. It was a good game, but compared with Tales of Graces, I have to say this, I really prefer Tales of Graces. Ok, Xillia plot was better, but I don't play a game just for the plot. Recently, I'm enjoying games more for the characters. If a game had a cast with a good chemistry, I will love this game. This is my relation with Graces. I love the characters and the chemestry between then, so Graces was a better game for me. Graces also has a better voice acting and a better battle system, so I really prefer Graces. And to finish, with Xillia, I finished 20 games this year already!! Yay for me!!!

Thinking about Something

April 27, 2016 @ 9:47 pm

I was thinking if I should start a blog in here.... Well, now it's too late :/

Let me see... Recently I bought a Nintendo Wii with Game Cube compatibility just to play Fire Emblem and others RPG.

I will focus my time in Fire Emblem after finish Tales of Xillia, which is very good, but has a battle system inferior to Tales of Graces, less comical skits and a horrible voice acting. At least is a good game.

Oh, and English isn't my native language
