Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is a third-person shooter video game for Microsoft Windows.
It is part of the Resident Evil series, being set around the same time as Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, and featuring the characters from these two games, though it is a non-canon hypothetical scenario. The game follows a group of elite paramilitary mercenaries for the Umbrella Corporation during the zombie outbreak in Raccoon City.

This game is the failed attempt to renew Outbreak, pretty fun to be played with people and competitive multiplayer was pretty interesting, but this one is just too simple for its own good and mostly unsatisfying and repetitive, but for soundtrack and atmosphere its unmatched by any RE, it gives the right feels from the infamous RE live action movies without all the BS, the dark underground setting derivative from Umbrella's misterious actions and intentions throughout the saga are really outstanding here, especially because of characters like Hunk and Nicholai that give life to all the things that happen behind the scenes of the main games, and no other title gives us that vision apart from the little the Outbreak games gave us, unfortunately, no game lives off of impressive background alone, so it really lacks in keeping you focused on what you're doing because it is a weak game at its core, most boss designs and big moments are really impressive and the inclusion of the main saga characters in some of them is a very nice touch, these moments give an action vibe that wasn't present at all in the original games and its an interesting change to see, as if they came from an edgy teenager's mind, (2012- Evanescence AMVs feels), a bunch of edgy fanservice and great atmosphere, that's what moves this game forward and to me its worth playing for that.
