Princess Maker: Yumemiru Yousei
The fourth in Gainax' Princess Maker simulation series. A young fairy wants to become a human princess. The fairy Queen first refuses to fulfill her wish, but the fairy becomes so upset that the Queen finally decides to make her reborn as a princess, and entrusts her future to you. You are the one responsible for what the little princess will become. You can give her a good education, let her study a lot, fight, develop her sense for arts, etc. The princess will go to school and make friends and rivals, and live her life to the full according to your plans.

Beware of this game on PC and Switch. It's an extremely lazy, incredibly buggy experience with a very lackluster translation-- it shouldn't have been released in this state and the patches haven't done much. It's playable, but that's not saying much. There's a decent game under all of the flaws of localization, but the flaws are something that are very hard to look beyond.
