Very unique in its steampunk aesthetic, you can tell a lot of thought went into the graphical design of this game. Thankfully it's not just all style over substance because Steel Empire also delivers gameplay-wise. There's fast scrolling segments, huge bosses that fill up almost the entire screen which need to be destroyed piece by piece, and to round it off a rocking soundtrack. One of my favourites.
