I rate game like they were in Tiers, and I rate based on personal preference/enjoyment, not exactly how objectively good they are.
S Tier = 10 . A Tier = 9 . B Tier = 7 . C Tier = 5 . D Tier = 3 . E Tier = 1
"Completed" games means I played enough of the game to have a "full experience" of it, as subjective as that is. Usually that is beating the game (if that's possible), but it can be less or more. "On hold" means I played a lot of that game, but not enough for the full experience, and I plan to go back to it one day. "Dropped" is the same, but I don't plan to go back to it (and I give a rating according to what I played).
