The bottom of the list fluctuates often based on mood, phases of the moon and time of the day, and has included titles such as Sonic 3 & Knuckles (though I could fill the entire top 10 with Sonic games if I wanted to, to that extent I've allowed myself one entry per series), Majora?s Mask, Super Mario 64, The Dig, Doom 2, Link's Awakening, Mario Kart 64, Bangai-O Spirits, Flower Sun and Rain? Top half has been reliably stable for a number of years now though.
