That's great! (participating in cosplay i mean) What will be in october? some anime fest? Weeeell, for a proper Sheena's cosplay some parts of your body should have a *right* sizes :D And if your friends says that you fit her, than I assume that you have what it takes ;) I definitely wish you to buy a ps3 asap :) Don't know how much time you spent on gaming, but even with a job, one could finish a 50h long game in 2-3 weeks... When I worked with work schedule 2/2 (two days working 9:00-21:00, then two days home), I could spend 3-10 hours per day on games... But something tells me that your schedule is 5/2 (or may be you still learning?), and with it it's definitely less available free time. Anyway, what i'm saying is half a year (assuming you buy ps3 soon) is HUGE amount of time to finish one game and ova :) // I don't know what a Pokémon-like gameplay is (I youtube'd it, but still), coz I never played any game in series. From what I've heard, I had an impression that all games in series on ~90% consists of an mindless and endless grinding, so I never even tried to start any pokemon game. I see that pokemon is one of your favorite series, so tell me, may be I'm wrong?) // Shining Tears X Wind is part of "Shining" (https://goo.gl/93RnxT) franchise, which is well known in Japan, but not outside of it, and mainly consists of jrpg games. As for Shining Tears X Wind, wiki says that it is adaptation of two(!) games, which is strange.. I never played any of these games, moreover only few of them were translated to english, but i think i try them out ..someday. // I fully support your opinion, my thoughts exactly. Maybe that "right" cosplay is referring to using superior materials for clothing/weapons/etc, i don't see whats else could be "wrong". But that is pricey, and not everyone can afford to spend great amount of money on something that will be weared few times and then left in a closet... As for an arrogant friend of yours, i think, if you can manage to find some photos of her first cosplays, and if they are so-so, then remind her of them, maaaybe she could change her mind :) // btw, DR is out on pc!) plan to start it sometime soon :) Just finished XCOM 2 a few hours ago, then I must, at last, complete Xenoblade Chronicles X (as of now i played it more then 320h), and after that, probably, comes DR, hooray! :D

I'd like to know your opinion on ToS ova, when you see it (even if it will be a year from now) :) / Nope, I've not seen CP, moreover, I didn't even played these games.. I heard many positive things about those games, and planning to try them out for about 2 or maybe 3 years now, but still cannot get my hands on them :( Every time I'm thinking to start it, some other good games pops out :D // My personal "Best of the Worst" nominee winner in anime is Shining Tears X Wind, is so bad, that i'm don't even know why it was completed... I'm and a friend even had a bet who can endure more episodes of it :D I was a winner: he admitted defeat after 4 episode, but I've managed to finish it (trick was to turn a brain off while watch it) :D // Now that you know one more thing about mal, you can start adding scores, so you will learn your affinity with friend and other ppl, which is good, i guess? :) // Wow, I was almost sure that those two are girls, at least left one is girl..) Also checked their "pictures" section on mal just now, and (almost) all of their pics looks girl-ish to me... (maybe they gays? :D) Well, that title definitely has ..unusual art style. // One of my college acquaintance was really into cosplaying, and one day she tried to cosplay Uzumaki Naruto. Result was so great, that on photos I would never tell that it is actually a girl! Only thing that I'm regret of, that i didn't seen her cosplay in person :( So yeah, looks can be deceiving :)

Don't try to watch ToS anime(ova), even after completing a game, it's completely failed and one of those examples how NOT to do adaptations. Trying to put 50+ hours long game in 11 episodes is a real bad choice. On the other hand, TotA anime is relatively good: most events are rushed, some other changed to properly fit in adaptation, but at least almost every game events presented in anime. In total, you should watch it, but only after completing a game. // I've noticed that you don't use Scores here neither on MAL, why so? In my opinion it's one of the most enjoyable things of lists xD (comparing your scores with other ppl scores is fun). Also, for example: let's assume that some game/anime in your list is 10 outta 10. Now I view your list, see that 10/10 which I'm also liked, and based on this i can recommend you some other titles which i find great, but you didn't seen them ;) And w/o scores it's hard to impossible to tell which one you liked and which you don't... // Your background picture on MAL, is it from some title, or is it an art? Also i'm struggling to tell their gender.. :D I suppose they are females..? Hair style is more girl-ish (but not 100%); faces - left one most probably girl, right one not sure; they both have earrings, which is girl thing; but they, you know, flat..? xD // On that note, not so long ago i've seen a maid cosplay (http://goo.gl/Meu0ux) and i'm also not sure of the cosplayer gender, how do you think, is it girl or a boy? :D // You mentioned Akiba Strip [that's a right spelling xD], did you liked it? what can you say about this game? I tried it on ps3, first impressions was positive, but they not last long.. On a positive sides anime art in game is well done, girl companions are attractive, sexy even; stripping people on a streets out of a clothes was fun; i'm even managed to die in a VN-styled beginning of the game (i really lol'd). On a other side, gameplay was a very repetitive, story is weak, and graphically, i think, it's a direct-port from vita which is not good for ps3 and big screen.I played it a couple of days, but then some other game came out, and, well, i didn't return to AT since...)

Regarding Symphonia: playing it on ps3 is definitely right choice, coz ps3 version is really superior to gc & ps2. It has widescreen (gc version only 4:3, ps2 can be patched to 16:9); dual audio (gc officially had only eng, but community made an undub that can be launched on modded consoles and pc emulator); voiced skits[it's animated scenes between characters] (gc version doesn't has voices in skits); ps3 version even has openings from both gc and ps2, which is different (they has the same video, but different music). Symphonia is also my second-best game in Tales of series :) // Regarding Danganronpa: from what you said i assume that events in anime and in game(s) is the same? [anime=first game, second game - new story, or am i wrong?] // I'm not sure how i feel about visual novel genre as a whole. One of my friend who is really into VNs said to me once that a "VN is like a book, but with pictures", and i don't really like to read books :) I tried to play VN only once, i don't remember title of it, but it was about some "typical high-school guy" who met some pretty girl, and since that moment everything and everyone around him start looking like Aliens, but in truth, that girl was an alien and she was playing tricks with his mind. Thing is, i didn't really enjoyed it coz all gameplay was like "look at the picture, read a text beneath it, click *next* button (or choose one of the answers)", repeat. No any kind of action at all, and that is not fun... But i guess i will give Danganronpa a try, coz survival and mystery is exactly what i like (in anime, at least :D). // Sometimes trying new genres for you can really be fun! For example, i'm always thought of rhythm-games like "how fun can it be to just press buttons in tact with a music?", and didn't pay much attention to such games. But not so long ago i became quite curious about "that vocaloid thingy" of which I've heard a lot lately, and decided to try to play "hatsune miku project diva f" on ps3. And what do you think? I'm was SO much surprised on how magnificent that game is! It's so much fun and enjoyment, that i can't really write it down :D That game is definitely my biggest discovery in past many years. I'm think that youtube can't give all the feelings which game gives while you play it, but here it goes http://goo.gl/D19dQo , my fav is Secret Police, DYE, Remote Controller and Tengaku :) How it is for you? Do you discover anything unexpectedly good (not exactly in games, maybe in anime)?

I'm talking in English mostly on international forums, where majority of users is not native english speakers and natives are accustomed to a bad language. So yeah, i can say that they are understanding. Yep, header is from the Tales from the Abyss, which in my opinion is best game in whole tales of series. Aside from a great battle system which presented in every tales game it's has a very strong storyline with every piece needed to make it great - love, hate, revenge, inner struggle, madness, desire for power and so on. And it also has superb Japanese voice acting, which is must for great jrpg. So, i'm strongly recommend you to play it. I'm also noticed that you have a ps2, psv but not ps3... From my point of view, as a person who likes (j)rpgs, it's a little odd, coz ps3 has many great jrpg (of course not so many as ps2, but still). Also i wouldn't had my hopes high about Persona 5 being localized in 16, coz even a Jap release, afaik, is planned on late spring/summer. And from my past experience even fastest localization takes about 7-8 months, and let's just say, atlus isn't that fast :) Aaand the last thing in this post: i see that a Danganronpa has a great boost in popularity lately, is it really so good? I've noticed anime a couple years ago, it has a solid members at mal but then i looked at score, and was like "meh.. maybe i watch it someday..", and i'm still didn't seen it :D The thing is, i've read that a first two games will soon be released on pc, and i think i can give them a try, but to properly understand games do i need to watch anime first?
